Richard began his career in law enforcement in 1981 with the Victoria Police Department. After completing at least 40 years of service and experience with local, County and State employment in Enforcement and Investigations, he retired and has continued to volunteer hours as a Deputy Constable.
Not ready to hang up his hat, Richard saw an opportunity to join the Crossroads Regional Public Defenders Office as an Investigator and jumped at the opportunity to help build the foundation of the Public Defender’s office with his knowledge and experience to help the great team of Attorney’s that have been put together by our Chief Defender Brian Watson.
Richard’s knowledge and experience will help the Attorneys fulfill their goals in assisting our clients. Together we can try to make a difference to each and every person we connect with.
